02キャンセルポリシーCancellation Policy

お客様のご都合によるキャンセル・日程変更、および主催者側・不可抗力による中止は、下記の通りといたします。 Cancellations and rescheduling requests, whether initiated by the guest, by us, or due to force majeure events, will be handled as follows.

• キャンセル・日程変更のご連絡はメール（jnavi.activity1010@gmail.com）にてお願いいたします。All cancellations and date changes must be requested by email (jnavi.activity1010@gmail.com).
• 「24時間前」とは、ご予約いただいた体験開始時刻のちょうど24時間前を指します。"24 hours before" means exactly 24 hours prior to your scheduled session start time.
• お客様都合のキャンセルの返金手数料3.6%は、決済サービス（Stripe）の決済手数料相当分です。返金処理時に差し引いた額をご返金いたします。The 3.6% deduction covers the non-refundable payment processing fee charged by Stripe, and is deducted from refunds for guest-initiated cancellations.
• ご返金は、お支払いに使用されたクレジットカードに対して行われます。カード会社の処理により、お客様の口座に反映されるまで5〜10営業日程度かかる場合があります。Refunds are issued to the original credit card. Depending on your card issuer, the refund may take 5–10 business days to appear.
• 不可抗力（自然災害・公共交通機関の停止・感染症拡大に伴う公的要請等）による中止の判断は、主催者が行います。The operator reserves the right to determine whether a cancellation qualifies as a force majeure event (natural disaster, transit shutdown, public health directives, etc.).

03利用規約Terms of Service

本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、ジェイナビ株式会社（以下「当社」）が提供する寿司体験サービス「Tokyo Sushi Art Experience」（以下「本サービス」）の利用条件を定めるものです。お客様（以下「参加者」）は、本サービスのご予約をもって、本規約に同意したものとみなします。 These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your use of "Tokyo Sushi Art Experience" (the "Service"), operated by J-NAVI Co., Ltd. (the "Company"). By making a reservation, you ("Guest") agree to these Terms.

第1条（適用）Article 1 — Application

本規約は、本サービスのご利用に関する当社と参加者との間の一切の関係に適用されます。These Terms apply to all relations between the Company and the Guest in connection with the Service.

第2条（予約）Article 2 — Reservations

• ご予約は当社所定の予約フォーム、または電子メールにて受け付けます。Reservations may be made through our official booking form or by email.
• ご予約は体験日の3日前まで受け付けます。Reservations close 3 days before the experience date.
• 最低人数は4名、最大人数は10名です。11名以上のご予約はメールにてお問い合わせください。Minimum 4 guests, maximum 10 guests per group. For 11 or more, please contact us by email.
• 同じ時間枠に複数グループが入る場合があります（1枠合計10名まで）。Multiple groups may share a single time slot (up to 10 guests total per slot).
• 体験日の24時間前までにお支払いが完了しない場合、ご予約は自動的にキャンセルとなります。Reservations are automatically cancelled if payment is not completed at least 24 hours before the session.

第3条（料金・支払い）Article 3 — Fees & Payment

• 体験料金は、お一人様 ¥18,500（税込）です。The experience fee is ¥18,500 per person (tax included).
• お支払いは、当社からメールでお送りする決済リンク（Stripe）を通じてクレジットカードでお願いします。Payment is made by credit card via the secure Stripe link we email you.
• お支払い完了をもって、ご予約が確定となります。Reservations are confirmed upon completion of payment.

第4条（キャンセル）Article 4 — Cancellation

キャンセルおよび日程変更については、別途定める「キャンセルポリシー」に従うものとします。Cancellations and date changes are governed by our separate Cancellation Policy.

第5条（アレルギー・食事制限）Article 5 — Allergies & Dietary Restrictions

• 食物アレルギー、ベジタリアン・ヴィーガン、ハラル・コーシャ等の宗教上の食事制限がある場合は、ご予約時に必ずお知らせください。Please inform us at booking of any food allergies, vegetarian/vegan needs, or religious dietary requirements (halal, kosher, etc.).
• 事前のご相談により、可能な範囲で対応いたします。ただし、完全な対応（ハラル認証取得等）は行っておりません。We will do our best to accommodate you in advance, but please note we do not offer certified halal/kosher preparation.
• ご当日のご相談やお申し出には対応できかねます。Same-day requests cannot be accommodated.
• アレルギーや食事制限についてお知らせがなかった場合に発生した健康被害について、当社は責任を負いかねます。The Company is not liable for health issues arising from undisclosed allergies or dietary restrictions.

第6条（撮影・SNSへの掲載）Article 6 — Photography & Social Media

• 体験中の撮影は自由です。SNSへのご投稿も歓迎いたします。You are welcome to take photos during the experience and share them on social media.
• 当社スタッフが体験の様子を撮影する場合があります。当社のSNS・広告等への使用については、ご予約時にご確認・ご同意をお願いいたします。同意いただけない場合は、ご予約時または当日お申し出ください。Our staff may photograph the experience. We will confirm consent for promotional use at booking; please let us know if you prefer not to be photographed.

第7条（禁止事項）Article 7 — Prohibited Conduct

参加者は、本サービスの利用にあたり、以下の行為を行ってはなりません。Guests shall not:

• 法令、公序良俗に反する行為Engage in unlawful or anti-social conduct;
• 他の参加者・スタッフへの迷惑行為、ハラスメントDisturb or harass other guests or staff;
• 過度な飲酒、危険な行為Engage in excessive drinking or dangerous behavior;
• 会場設備、調理器具等の損壊Damage venue equipment or kitchen tools;
• 食材の持ち帰り、商業目的での利用Take away ingredients or use the experience for commercial purposes;
• その他、当社が不適切と判断する行為Engage in any other conduct deemed inappropriate by the Company.

上記行為が認められた場合、当社は体験の中止を求めることがあり、その場合の返金はいたしかねます。In such cases, we may stop the experience without refund.

第8条（免責事項）Article 8 — Limitation of Liability

• 当社は、参加者が本サービスのご利用により被った損害について、当社の故意または重過失による場合を除き、責任を負いかねます。The Company is not liable for damages incurred by the Guest, except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence by the Company.
• 参加者の自己責任で生じた事故、所持品の紛失・盗難、第三者とのトラブルについて、当社は責任を負いかねます。We are not responsible for personal accidents, lost or stolen belongings, or disputes with third parties.
• 天候、災害、交通機関の不通、感染症の流行、その他不可抗力により本サービスの提供ができない場合、当社は責任を負いかねます。We are not liable for service disruptions caused by weather, disaster, transit failure, epidemics, or other force majeure events.

第9条（規約の変更）Article 9 — Amendments

当社は、必要と判断した場合、本規約を予告なく変更することができます。変更後の規約は、当社ウェブサイトに掲載された時点で効力を生じます。The Company may amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. Amendments take effect when posted on our website.

第10条（準拠法・管轄裁判所）Article 10 — Governing Law & Jurisdiction

本規約は日本法を準拠法とし、本サービスに関して紛争が生じた場合は、東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute arising in connection with the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.

04プライバシーポリシーPrivacy Policy

ジェイナビ株式会社（以下「当社」）は、お客様の個人情報を以下のとおり取り扱います。J-NAVI Co., Ltd. (the "Company") handles personal information as follows.

1. 取得する個人情報1. Information We Collect

• 代表者氏名、参加者全員のお名前Names of the lead guest and all participants;
• メールアドレスEmail address;
• 予約日時、参加人数、言語選択Reservation date and time, group size, language preference;
• アレルギー・食事制限等のご要望Allergy or dietary information you provide;
• お支払いに関する情報（カード情報は決済代行会社Stripeが取得・管理し、当社はカード番号を保持しません）Payment information (card details are processed and stored by Stripe; the Company does not retain card numbers).

2. 利用目的2. Purpose of Use

• 本サービスの予約管理、ご連絡、ご案内To manage reservations and communicate with guests;
• 体験当日の運営（アレルギー対応・受付等）To prepare for and run your experience (allergy handling, check-in, etc.);
• 決済処理To process payments;
• お問い合わせへの対応To respond to inquiries;
• サービス改善のための分析（個人を特定しない統計情報として）To improve our service (in non-identifying, aggregated form).

3. 第三者への提供3. Sharing With Third Parties

当社は、以下の場合を除き、お客様の個人情報を第三者に提供いたしません。We do not share personal information with third parties except in the following cases:

• お客様の同意がある場合With your consent;
• 法令に基づく場合When required by law;
• 決済処理のため、決済代行会社（Stripe）に必要な情報を提供する場合For payment processing, where information is shared with Stripe as necessary.

4. 海外移転について4. International Transfers

決済処理に際し、Stripe社（米国）のサーバーへ情報が移転される場合があります。Stripeのプライバシーポリシーは こちら をご参照ください。Payment data may be transferred to servers operated by Stripe, Inc. (USA). See Stripe's Privacy Policy for details.

5. 保管期間5. Retention Period

個人情報は、利用目的の達成に必要な期間および法令で定められた期間（会計法上7年間等）保管した後、適切に削除いたします。We retain personal information for as long as needed to fulfill the stated purposes and as required by law (e.g., 7 years for accounting records), after which it is appropriately deleted.

6. 安全管理措置6. Security Measures

当社は、個人情報の漏えい・滅失・毀損の防止のため、必要かつ適切な安全管理措置を講じます。We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent loss, leakage, or damage to personal information.
